n Arrangements shall be made to provide access to the zoo to disabled visitors<br />

those in the wheel chair<br />

n The <strong>Central</strong> <strong>Zoo</strong> <strong>Authority</strong> in its XIXth meeting held on 27th January, 2005<br />

discussed the needs <strong>of</strong> the zoo visitors and decided to take suitable steps to<br />

make zoo visitor-friendly, by way <strong>of</strong> providing better & modern visitors'<br />

conveniences, safe drinking water, rest sheds, easy mobility in the zoo by<br />

providing trams (pollution free), bicycles etc and good cafeterias.<br />

n CZA vide its letter dt. 1.8.2005 had communicated to all CLW and all zoo incharges<br />

to consider the same and these facilities should be energy efficient and<br />

convey to the visitors the need for conservation <strong>of</strong> our nature.<br />
