n Arrangements shall be made to provide access to the zoo to disabled visitors
those in the wheel chair
n The Central Zoo Authority in its XIXth meeting held on 27th January, 2005
discussed the needs of the zoo visitors and decided to take suitable steps to
make zoo visitor-friendly, by way of providing better & modern visitors'
conveniences, safe drinking water, rest sheds, easy mobility in the zoo by
providing trams (pollution free), bicycles etc and good cafeterias.
n CZA vide its letter dt. 1.8.2005 had communicated to all CLW and all zoo incharges
to consider the same and these facilities should be energy efficient and
convey to the visitors the need for conservation of our nature.
