into shower and at that time she realized that the same earring was<br />
missing from her ear. She searched all over for it in her closet thinking it<br />
might have fallen off while changing clothes, but she did not find it. This<br />
incident appeared to be a lesson in detachment from materialistic<br />
possession & dispossession.<br />
Saturday, January 17, 1998<br />
She woke up at 4.30 AM for meditation. She did not have any<br />
message from the meditation. After doing Puja and meditation she went<br />
back to bed, lay there with her eyes closed and saw three unrelated and<br />
totally different illuminated scenes with sky in the background. First she<br />
saw the sky with densely filled stars. These stars were shiny rich blue<br />
instead of the normal white stars. Soon after that she saw a small hill<br />
which she recognized as Arunachala hill in Thiruvanamalai in India (she<br />
has never visited this place, she knows about its existence only through<br />
books). Then the scene changed and she had a very high altitude top<br />
view of some land which had dark green vegetation, hills and valleys<br />
and it felt that she was travelling through all that. It was not like she was<br />
sitting in an airplane and looking below instead it felt like she was<br />
floating in the air but she never saw herself flying or floating. She did not<br />
know why, but this experience felt very special and good to her.<br />
Later in the meditation she was told about the cause of a childhood<br />
friend (AM)'s present misery and how <strong>Dolly</strong> can and should help. This<br />
time <strong>Dolly</strong> went ahead and promptly made the phone call. However, no<br />
one answered the phone so at that time the contact with friend was not<br />
made.<br />
Sunday January 18, 1998<br />
This morning she woke up at 5:00 AM. She did puja and meditation<br />
and nothing happened, no new messages etc. After puja and meditation,<br />
just like yesterday, she went back to bed to catch some more sleep. She<br />
had not fallen asleep yet, when she saw a room with funny alley like<br />
dimensions ~ 7 to 8 feet wide, 15 feet long, 17-18 feet high ceiling. This<br />
room had dirty looking yellowish walls and when she looked closely the<br />
