Wednesday, January 14, 1998<br />
In meditation today, at one point Baba asked her "Look down, what<br />
do you see?" She was not seeing anything so she replied saying she did<br />
not see anything. However, she had a strange feeling of having traveled<br />
far in her mind, but there were absolutely no objects to see. At that point<br />
she had the same strange feeling that she had just returned from far, and<br />
Baba said "It was your fear that you could not see. You still do not have<br />
full faith and surrender; otherwise I was holding you and you still could<br />
not see".<br />
Thursday, January 15,1998<br />
Last night she had a dream (this dream is not described intentionally in<br />
the dream section) where she saw her cousin who passed away few years<br />
back. This morning in her meditation she asked Baba that she had read in<br />
one of the books (given to her early on by her friend M) that seeing an<br />
ancestor in the dream is supposed to be a warning for person's position<br />
and well being in the worldly and materialistic sense. Because she had an<br />
important presentation at work that morning, she wanted to know if this<br />
dream had any negative implications. At that Baba laughed and said<br />
"No, Don't worry. You will shine."<br />
Friday, January 16, 1998<br />
In the afternoon she was busy proofreading a work related document,<br />
when suddenly one of her earring fell off from her ear and straight onto<br />
the document that she was reading. There is no big deal about an earring<br />
falling but she said it felt strange. She picked up the earring and put it<br />
back in the ear. After work she ran some errands. After reaching home<br />
she changed clothes and then started taking off the jewelry before getting<br />
