Krishna, Shri - One of the most widely worshipped incarnations of
God in Hinduism. Shri Krishna delivered the message of the Bhagavad
Gita to his friend Arjuna on the battlefield of Kurukshetra. Shri Krishna
is known by many other names like Giridhar, Gopala (baby Krishna),
Kanhayya, Keshava, Damodara, Govinda, Murlidhar (the flute player
Krishna), Mukunda, Murari, Jagannath (which means Lord of the
people in general. A thorough reading of scriptures reveals a full
classification of Lokas (worlds). Due to the differences in the degree of
detail that the Lokas are dealt with by different authors it can be a
source of confusion. Following summary may shed some light on the
discrepancies:
The seven higher worlds include the three worlds described above plus
above pole star), Janar, Tapar and the Satya - loka.
Brahma loka: the Plane or Heaven of Brahma; the highest or most
