thought that we need to give a hint to her mom and her friend Pushpa in<br />
case something drastic was to happen. We also decided to share little<br />
more with the kids so that they would be better prepared for whatever<br />
happens in future.<br />
Baba told her "During meditation do not make the effort to remember<br />
things because that way you cannot go into Trance." She was starting to<br />
think how she would do meditation in the mandir on the Shivaratri day,<br />
what would she start with…Bhajan or meditation? Baba said "Do not<br />
plan. Things will happen the way they are supposed to happen and you<br />
are not supposed to worry about it." She asked Baba if we are doing OK<br />
on the writing responsibility he gave us as far as capturing the<br />
experiences and messages. Baba pointed out all those things that had<br />
happened but somehow we had forgot to include in our write up (all<br />
those now have been included in the book).<br />

In <strong>Dolly</strong>'s words:<br />
4:30 - 6 A.M. meditation: It was difficult to keep the mind totally<br />
calm. Not a lot happened in terms of Baba's message, only a couple of<br />
things worth mentioning. "Remember Shivangini yesterday how much<br />
you could hear in less than 15 minutes. Today you have been here for<br />
such a long time. If something were to happen it can happen rapidly.<br />
This is a lesson in patience for you. Try calming your mind for longer<br />
periods of time." I understood that developing patience will also help<br />
reduce my restlessness and excessive action oriented behavior at the<br />
gross level. "Always cook the food at medium heat. As a Sanyasin you<br />
should not eat food cooked at high heat. Food impacts at subtle and<br />
causal level. How you would see and feel things would be greatly<br />
affected by what you eat, and you should not take this lightly." I felt that<br />
it was more applied to me than to others in general.<br />
Something happened today. Up until now I had a feeling of being<br />
swollen up inside. This morning I felt as if I suddenly shrank internally.<br />
Baba did not say anything about it. During meditation as I concentrated<br />
