C. DAILY REPORT The animal supervisor/ curator of the zoo summarizes the daily record from the Keeper‟s Diary from each Beat for circulating it in other departments of the zoo and the Director and finally the report comes back to the Research Department/ Records Keeper where the Biologist/ Records keeper records it in individual animal History Sheet/ ARKS software. For the sake of simplicity and convenience CZA‟s format for the Daily Report should be used for reporting the details happening in all the animal sections of the zoo. If one sheet is not enough for reporting all the events then two sheets of daily report may be used. 20
