C. DAILY REPORT<br />

The animal supervisor/ curator <strong>of</strong> the zoo summarizes the daily record from the<br />

Keeper‟s Diary from each Beat for circulat<strong>in</strong>g it <strong>in</strong> other departments <strong>of</strong> the zoo and the<br />

Director and f<strong>in</strong>ally the report comes back to the Research Department/ Records Keeper<br />

where the Biologist/ Records keeper <strong>records</strong> it <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>dividual animal History Sheet/ ARKS<br />

s<strong>of</strong>tware. For the sake <strong>of</strong> simplicity and convenience CZA‟s format for the Daily Report<br />

should be used for report<strong>in</strong>g the details happen<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong> all the animal sections <strong>of</strong> the zoo.<br />

If one sheet is not enough for report<strong>in</strong>g all the events then two sheets <strong>of</strong> daily<br />

report may be used.<br />
