Tables of plumbing and building permits, census and city directory information, and custom-designed assessment forms created for the project were also included in this collection. The consultant, Leslie Crow, received these documents after she accepted a contract from the city of Sacramento to complete a National Register nomination for the neighborhood. They were part of the documents submitted to the University of the Pacific after Leslie Crow’s death. 146
