All invoices are payable net 30 days. F.O.B. Colorado
Springs, CO. All sales are final. Minimum order $5.00.
Checks, money orders, or credit cards accepted. All orders
for individuals must be prepaid. School or institutional
orders must include either a purchase order number or the
signature of the principal or purchasing agent. Please do
not send confirming purchase orders.
Colorado Sales Tax
Colorado non-profit organizations must indicate
their tax exempt number on their order. Colorado
non-exempt residents must add the 3% state sales tax to
the invoice subtotal.

International Orders
All orders outside the U.S. or Canada should include credit
card information or email address for PayPal payments. We
can also deliver many of our one act plays by email. See PDFePlays.
Playkit Royalties
A royalty payment is included in the price of all playkits.
Playkit royalty privileges include an unlimited series of
performances or readings at one location for a period of one
year from the date of your first performance. There is no
performance limitation for any playkits used in the
classroom for instructive purposes only. For performances at
another location or after the one year period, an
additional royalty payment is due. Contact us for a royalty
quotation for multiple location performances.
Royalty Plays and Royalty Musicals
Royalty plays and royalty musicals are indicated in their
catalog description. You may purchase scripts of royalty
plays/musicals for preview purposes. For orders of three
or more royalty scripts, the royalty payment for one
performance will be charged automatically. Professional,
equity and other non-amateur groups must contact us for
a royalty quotation before any production. When a
royalty play is performed, each cast member must
have a script copy purchased from us. The royalty
is due each time a royalty play is performed before an
audience, whether or not admission is charged. The
applicable royalty is indicated in our catalog. All radio,
video and television rights are reserved. When two
royalty amounts are shown (e.g. Royalty: $75/$60)
the first is the royalty due on the first performance; the
second is the royalty due for each additional performances.
Professional Royalties
The royalty rates indicated in this catalog apply to productions
by educational and other amateur theatre groups. Professional,
equity and any other non-amateur groups must contact us for
a royalty quotation in advance of any production.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped via Fed Ex, UPS or US Postal Service.
Street address is required. Shipping charges will be included
on all invoices. Specify if your address is your school/business
or a residence. Because of higher fees for residential deliveries
we must add a $2.75 surcharge to all orders over $18.00
shipped to a residence. To avoid this charge, have your order
shipped to a school or business address.

may apply). Charges start at about $39. Service to Hawaii and
Alaska may require one or more extra days.
PDF-ePlays
Need your play right away and want to save on
shipping charges? Many of our popular one act plays can
be delivered to you via email with receipt in 2 business days
or less. This service is available for web or phone orders only.
PDF-ePlays include a master copy of the play with
reproduction and performance rights. No shipping charges.
Credit card and a valid email address required. No returns and
no refunds on PDF-ePlays.
Preview Copies
To help you make the right choices, we offer preview
copies of all our playkits. You may order as many different
copies as you like for $2.95 each (minimum order $5.00).
Single scripts of royalty plays and musicals will be charged
the price indicated in the catalog description. Preview
copies are for approval purposes only. Performance
and reproduction rights are not included.
Return Policy
We suggest you purchase preview copies/single scripts or
read our free online samples before ordering since all sales
are final and we do not accept returns. We will refund
advance royalty payments in the event of cancelled
performance. Contact our Customer Service department.

Videotaping and Broadcast Rights
You may post video excerpts of your performance on
YouTube or Facebook at no charge. Videotapes of
performances for your personal enjoyment are allowed.
Contact us for a permission quote to sell videos of your
performance. Broadcasts of performances on local cable
stations are permitted with payment of an additional royalty.
Contact us for all other video/broadcast rights and
permissions.
