powerful Greek mythological gods, Zeus and Hera, change greasers into “greecers.” They take over to make mortals their
playthings. Crazy mischief and misunderstandings occur. Mild-mannered Coach Wackowitz becomes the real Hercules and
charming Miss Wilde becomes the real Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons. They start a zany battle of the sexes. Several magical
transformations make a shy boy assertive, an aloof girl loving and so on. It’s like suddenly everyone goes mental! But the antics
and slapstick of this “twilight zone” comedy make possible marvelous stage action for nine great song-and-dance numbers in a
variety of styles and tempos. The show’s climax is the most spectacular reconciliation in three thousand years! Greek mythology
