An action-filled satire for a mixed cast of twenty-one actors

The comedy is fast-moving and based on the
dilemma of Sir Gawain, who must meet an impossible
challenge. Merlin conjures a monstrous Green Knight who
lets Sir Gawain strike him thrice with his sword in return for
the same opportunity later. A year of comic intrigue passes,
and then a hapless Sir Gawain must meet the Green Knight
again. King Arthur is a small help, but Merlin comes
through, and Sir Gawain wins the hand of Lady Elaine.

Great fun for teen actors to dress up and become famous
wax figures on display. For the girls, there’s Florence
Nightingale, the Statue of Liberty, Amelia Earhart,
Scarlett O’Hara, Carry Nation, Betsy Ross, Marilyn
Monroe and Cleopatra. For the guys, there’s Wyatt Earp,
Doc Holliday, Jesse James, John Wayne, Abe Lincoln,
JFK, Caesar, King Tut and Henry VIII. Needless to say,
they all have different viewpoints. That’s where the
laughter begins. When the proprietor and housekeeper
leave the museum, all the figures come to life. Imagine the
crazy interplay between this unlikely group of characters!
Freezing and unfreezing as humans enter and exit creates
funny situations. The figures are scheduled for a big
showing, but the housekeeper leaves the heat on
overnight and the show is a meltdown. Easy to stage.
