Attributes and Levels of the Proposed ECOSWAM Services for Business Establishments The attributes and levels of the proposed ECOSWAM services for business establishments are similar to those of the households except that the garbage fee is per sack (volume) and that the type and location of waste collection is modified pick-up. Since the latter attribute is the same for all business establishments, this was no longer included among the alternative specific attributes.
