Realtors make plans fpr
private property week
Realtors here have scheduled
several special activities for
next week as.part of their observation
of the annual Private
Property Week. ' •
The first event of the week
will be a dinner meeting at the
Quail Hill Inn in the Towne of
Smithville on Tuesday. Slated
to speak at the meeting is
Frank Freehauf, president of
the New Jersey Association of
Realtors.
Local realtor Lynn Thompson,
who is chairman for the
Ocean City Board of Realtor's
celebration, said a highlight of
the dinner meeting will be the
awarding of plaques to four
Ocean City real estate sales
people who have become
members of the Million Dollar
Sales Club of the State
Association-
Recipients of the plaques will
be Charles Rice and Edward
Collins of Berger Realty;
Robert J. OrdiUe of OrdUle
Realty, and Richard Booth of
Hager Real Estate.

Slated for Thursday of next
week (April 21) is the third
annual golf tournament at the
Atlaptic City Country Club.
Tee-off is set for 10;30 a.m..
One cup each will be awarded
to low net for men and women
and one cup each for low gross
for cmen and women. Last,
year's winner will, relinquish
the cups to the 1977 winners.
On Tuesday, May 10, nearly
50 Board members, families
and friends will travel to
Philadelphia to see the Phillies
play the San Francisco Giants.
This is also an annual event
stemming from Private
Property Week planning.
A proclamation indicating
April 17 to 23 as Private
Property Week has been signed
by Mayor B. Thomas Waldman
who urged all residents of
Ocean City to join the 500,000
realtors and realtor associates
throughout the United States in
this observance.
