7. The illegal proceeds generated by the sale <strong>of</strong> fraudulently inflated YBM<br />

stock, as described in the Introduction to this Superseding Indictment, were funneled to a nominee<br />

account and used to fund the purchase <strong>of</strong> Arbat, which was falsely reported by the defendants to<br />

be a pr<strong>of</strong>itable, arms-length sale in order to promote and continue the scheme to defraud.<br />

8. The illegal proceeds were deposited and transferred to and among the bank<br />

accounts in the United States, Hungary and elsewhere, including the following:<br />
