THE GRAND JURY FURTHER CHARGES THAT:

are incorporated by reference herein.
2. On or about the dates set forth below in the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania and elsewhere, the defendants

a/k/a "Seva"
IGOR FISHERMAN,
JACOB BOGATIN,
a/k/a "Yakov"
ANATOLY TSOURA
and others known and unknown to the grand jury, having devised a scheme and artifice to defraud
and to obtain money and property by materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations and
promises, as described in the Introduction to this Superseding Indictment, and for the purpose of
executing the scheme and artifice to defraud, and attempting to do so, knowingly caused to be sent
and delivered by mail according to the directions thereon, and aided and abetted the delivery, by
the United States Postal Service and by private and commercial interstate carrier, the documents
described below, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1341, each delivery
constituting a separate count of the Superseding Indictment:
