a/k/a "Seva"<br />
IGOR FISHERMAN,<br />
JACOB BOGATIN,<br />
a/k/a "Yakov"<br />
ANATOLY TSOURA<br />
and others known and unknown to the grand jury, having devised a scheme and artifice to defraud<br />
and to obtain money and property by materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations and<br />
promises, as described in the Introduction to this Superseding Indictment, and for the purpose <strong>of</strong><br />
executing the scheme and artifice to defraud, and attempting to do so, knowingly caused to be sent<br />
and delivered by mail according to the directions thereon, and aided and abetted the delivery, by<br />
the United States Postal Service and by private and commercial interstate carrier, the documents<br />
described below, in violation <strong>of</strong> Title 18, United States Code, Section 1341, each delivery<br />
constituting a separate count <strong>of</strong> the Superseding Indictment:<br />
