Liberating Planet Earth

CHRIST AND LIBERATION
All things have been delivered to Me by the Father, and no one
knows the Son except through the Father. Nor does anyone know
the Father except through the Son, and he to whom the Son wills
to reveal Him. Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy
laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn
from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest
for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light (Matthew
11:29-30).
Liberation. The world longs for it. Not just mankind– the
whole world:
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not
worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in
us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the
revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subject to futility,
not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;
because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage
of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For
we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth
pangs together until now (Remans 8:18-22).
There have been a lot of liberation movements throughout
history, but only one has the power to deliver men from bondage:
Christianity. God, the Creator of all things, and the Father of the
eternal Son, Jesus Christ, delivered all things to Jesus, and He in
turn passes these things to those who are chained to Him in love
by His law. There is no way to escape tyranny, which is always
first the ~ranny of sin, except through Christ, the liberator.
