25ml VOK Advokaat Liqueur 

25ml VOK Cherry Brandy Liqueur 

Lemonade 

METHOD 

Pour ingredients over ice in a tall 

glass and top up with lemonade. 

Garnish with either a mint leaf, 

a strawberry or fruit slices.

30ml Beenleigh White Rum 

30ml VOK Triple Sec Liqueur 

30ml VOK Banana Liqueur 

Fresh Banana 

METHOD 

Blend all ingredients with ice until 

smooth and serve in a Martini glass. 

Garnish with fruit slices.

30ml VOK Butterscotch Schnapps Liqueur 

30ml Captain Morgan Spiced Rum 

Pineapple Juice 

Cawseys Grenadine 

METHOD 

Build Captain Morgan Spiced Rum, VOK Butterscotch 

Schnapps Liqueur and pineapple juice in a tumbler 

glass over ice. Add a dash of Cawseys Grenadine to finish. 


BETWEEN THE SHEETS 



30ml TST Tolleys Brandy 

15ml Bickford’s Lime Juice Cordial 

Fresh Lime 

METHOD 

Shake or blend all ingredients with ice and strain 

into a Martini glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh lime. 


BLACK RUSSIAN 

30ml Ursus Vodka 

30ml VOK Coffee Liqueur 

30ml Bickford’s Old Style Original Kola 

METHOD 

Build over ice. 

Serve in a tumbler glass. 


BLOODY MARY 


15ml Bickford’s Lemon Juice Cordial 

120ml 5+2 Vegie Kick Juice 

Pinch of Salt and Pepper 

Celery Stick 

METHOD 

Build over ice. 

Stir with celery stick. 


BLUE LAGOON 

30ml Gilbey’s Gin 

30ml VOK Blue Curacao Liqueur 


Lemonade 

METHOD 

Shake first three ingredients then strain over ice 

and top up with lemonade, serve in a tall glass. 


BLUSHING 


Pink Grapefruit Juice 

Fresh Lime Wedges 

Soda Water 

Ice 

METHOD 

Pour VOK Triple Sec Liqueur over ice in a tall 

glass and top with grapefruit juice. 

Add a dash of soda water and fresh lime wedges. 


BOSOM CARESSER 



1 Egg Yolk 

5ml Cawsey’s Grenadine 

METHOD 

Shake with ice and strain into a tall glass. 


BRANDY ALEXANDER 

60ml Tolleys Brandy 

30ml VOK White Creme de Cacao Liqueur 

90ml Milk 

Nutmeg 

METHOD 

Pour Tolleys Brandy and VOK White Creme de 

Cacao over ice. Add milk. 

Sprinkle with nutmeg for a spicy finish. 


CANDY BAR 


30ml VOK Brown Creme de Cacao Liqueur 

30ml VOK Hazelnut Liqueur 

60ml Cream 

METHOD 

Blend VOK Coffee Liqueur, VOK Crème de Cacao 

Liqueur & VOK Hazelnut Liqueur. 

Add cream, serve with ice in a tall glass. 

Garnish with finely grated chocolate. 


COOKIES N CREAM 




2 Chocolate Cookies 

60ml Cream 

METHOD 

Blend with ice. 

Garnish with crushed chocolate cookies. 


COSMOPOLITAN 



60ml Bickford’s Cranberry Juice Drink 


METHOD 

Shake with ice, strain. 

Serve in a large Martini glass. 

Garnish with a fresh slice of lime. 


DAIQUIRI 


30ml Lime Juice 

20ml Sugar 

METHOD 

Shake with ice and strain. 

Serve in a Martini glass. 


FLUFFY DUCK 


30ml VOK Advokaat Liqueur 

30ml Cream 

Lemonade 

METHOD 

Shake ingredients with ice, 

strain into a tall glass & top with lemonade. 

Garnish with a strawberry. 


FRUIT TINGLE 



30ml VOK Melon Liqueur 


Lemonade 

METHOD 

Build Ursus Vodka, VOK Blue Curacao Liqueur and 

VOK Melon Liqueur over ice in a tall glass. 

Then top with lemonade and a dash 

of Cawsey’s Grenadine last. 


GRASSHOPPER 

30ml VOK Creme de Menthe Liqueur 


30ml Cream 

METHOD 

Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a 

Martini glass. 


HAZELNUT CAIPIROSKA 




6 Fresh Lime Wedges 

15ml Sugar (1 teaspoon) 

METHOD 

Muddle the lime chunks and sugar in the bottom 

of a tumbler glass. 

Add all other ingredients, fill with ice and stir. 


HONEY CRUMBLE 




30ml Honey 

30ml Cream 

1/2 Chocolate Honeycomb Bar 

METHOD 

Blend liquid ingredients with ice. Pour and strain 

into a cocktail glass. Garnish with chocolate 

honeycomb bar and honey. 


JAPANESE SLIPPER 



30ml Lemon Juice 

METHOD 

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain. 

Serve in a Martini glass. 


JELLY BEAN 

30ml Olympus Ouzo 



Lemonade 

METHOD 

Shake first three ingredients and strain into a 

tumbler glass. Top with lemonade. 


KAMELEON 



90ml Pineapple Juice 

30ml Orange Juice 

20ml Pimm’s No.1 Cup 

METHOD 

Build over ice in a tall glass. 

Garnish with fruit slices. 


LONG ISLAND ICED TEA 

15ml Cossack Vodka 

15ml Vickers Gin 

15ml Beenleigh Dark Rum 

15ml Tequila 


30ml Bickford’s Lemon Juice Cordial 

Bickford’s Old Style Original Kola 

METHOD 

Build over ice in a tall glass. 

Top with Bickford’s Old Style Original Kola. 


MARGARITA 

45ml Tequila 


Fresh Lime Wedges Squeezed 

Salt to Rim Glass 

METHOD 

Shake with ice and strain. 

Serve in salt rimmed tumbler glass 

and top with fresh lime. 


MELON SPLICE 


30ml VOK Coconut Liqueur 

Pineapple Juice 

30ml Cream 

METHOD 

Build VOK Melon Liqueur and VOK Coconut Liqueur 

over ice. Top with pineapple juice and float cream 

on top to serve. Garnish with mint. 


PINA COLADA 


30ml VOK Coconut Liqueur 


30ml Cream 

METHOD 

Blend with ice and pour. 

Serve in a tall glass. 


SEX ON THE BEACH 


30ml VOK Strawberry Liqueur 




METHOD 

Build over ice and serve in a tall glass. 

Garnish with strawberry. 


SIMPLY DIVINE 

30ml Vickers Gin 

30ml VOK Parfait Amour Liqueur 

Pink Grapefruit Juice 

Fresh Lime 

METHOD 

Build Vickers Gin and VOK Parfait Amour Liqueur 

over ice. Top with pink grapefruit juice and finish 

with a squeeze of fresh lime. 


SPICY MOJITO 

60ml Captain Morgan Spiced Gold 


15ml Sugar 


Mint Leaves 

Soda Water 

METHOD 

Tear mint leaves, add ingredients, add crushed ice, 

stir vigorously and top with soda. 


STRAWBERRY ABSTRACTIONS 





Fresh Strawberries 

METHOD 

Blend all ingredients until smooth and 

serve in a tall glass. 

Garnish with fruit slices 


STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI 




30ml Bickfords Lemon Juice Cordial 

3 Fresh Strawberries 

METHOD 

Blend ingredients over ice and pour into a tall glass. 

Garnish with a pineapple piece & leaf or a slice of fruit. 


SWEET SENSATION 





15ml Cream 

METHOD 

Shake ingredients over ice and serve in a Martini glass. 

Garnish with fresh mint leaves or strawberries. 


TOBLERONE 




1 Teaspoon Honey 

60ml Milk 

METHOD 

Blend with ice and pour. Serve in a tumbler glass and 

garnish with chocolate shavings. 


TRIPLE SEC LOLLY BOMB 


120ml Insane Energy Drink 

METHOD 

Pour Insane Energy Drink into a tall glass. 

Drop a single serve of VOK Triple Sec Liqueur in 

and serve. 


TROPICAL BLISS 




30ml Lemon Juice 


METHOD 

Add all ingredients, shake and serve. 


URBAN CAIPIROSKA 

60ml Ursus Roter Vodka 

15ml Sugar 

4 Fresh Lime Wedges 

METHOD 

Muddle the lime wedges, add 

sugar and Ursus Roter vodka. 

Top with ice and stir. 


WHITE RUSSIAN 



90ml Milk 

METHOD 

Pour Cossack Vodka and VOK Coffee 

Liqueur over ice cubes in a tumbler. 

Top with milk.
