Refund Policy
A handling fee of $60 is deducted for cancellation. Refund
requests must be received by mail or fax one week prior to the
course. No refunds will be made thereafter.
Course Location
All sessions will be held at Bigelow Amphitheatre, Massachusetts
General Hospital, 55 Fruit Street, Boston, MA 02114.
Accommodations
Hotel rooms in Boston and Cambridge are limited. You are urged
to make your reservations early. A limited number of rooms
has been reserved at Holiday Inn Boston at Beacon Hill
(Telephone: 617-742-0461) and the Liberty Hotel-Boston
(Telephone: 617-224-4000) until March 17, 2008. Please
specify that you are enrolled in Postgraduate Course in General
Surgery to receive a reduced room rate of $179 Single/Double
(Holiday Inn) or $299 Single/Double (Liberty Hotel). A map of
Boston listing local hotels will be sent with your confirmation of
