assent and are <strong>the</strong>n transmitted electronically for pr<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g, <strong>publication</strong> and load<strong>in</strong>g onto <strong>the</strong> Internet. In terms <strong>of</strong> statutory<br />
<strong>in</strong>struments, a s<strong>in</strong>gle electronic template is used for draft<strong>in</strong>g, m<strong>in</strong>isterial approval, registration and subsequent pr<strong>in</strong>t<strong>in</strong>g.<br />
