3.3.2. Thermal effect limitation<br />

After removing the polymer matrix it was proved that in both cases a double<br />

line, centered on the area of engraving, is obtained. This confirms the same<br />

behaviour that has been reported recently for the fabrication of silver wires<br />

[13].<br />

The double line is characterized by the width, measured at the half-maximum,<br />

and the distance between lines, measured between the ridges inside of the<br />

double line (Figure 20).<br />
