The Ministère de la Communauté Française, for a prevention and information program
called Yapaka, is looking to enhance and build websites (Yapaka, 100drine, L’exemple
c’est nous). To this end, we are looking for external help.

Job description
We need external help (Drupal developer) to build and maintain the following sites:
www.yapaka.be
www.100drine.be
www.lexemplecestnous.org
Those different websites are managed by a single person and are updated by the Yapaka
crew.
The developer must know Drupal deeply.
Tasks
- analyze the problem from a project description provided by yapaka
- develop custom Drupal themes and modules
- act quickly in case of problem :
o perform a backup of the database and filesystem
o track bugs in the php code or elsewhere
o update the drupal install and the modules

Invoicing
Yapaka will call the developer for those various tasks: routine work and more elaborated
projects, to be invoiced by the hour, every month. If the project is supposed to span
multiple days, an estimate of the time needed should be made by the developer, and will
be acknowledged by Yapaka prior to work. Once finished, an invoice will be provided by
the developer.
Communication can be established by phone, mail or chat, in French or English
Estimated workload is 3 hours per week. Sometimes larger project will need more time,
and some weeks there won’t be any work to do. The 3 hours are thus a rough estimate.
We are looking for a long term relationship with someone we trust. We don’t want
someone who subcontracts the work to someone else.
License
All the work and source code provided by the developer for yapaka will be automatically
considered under the GPL open source license.
The offer must contain:
- a personal CV
- the hourly rate asked by the developer
- a list of references (5 websites made with Drupal and available online, and a list
of drupal.org contributions if applicable)
