EXCHANGE RATE IDENTIFIERS:<br />

Byte 1: space<br />

Byte 2: E<br />

Byte 3: X<br />

Byte 4: C<br />

Byte 5: H<br />

Byte 6: space<br />

Bytes 7-9: WORLDSCOPE Country Code<br />

For example: " EXCH 756" is the exchange rate identifier for Switzerland's exchange rate.<br />

"756" is the country code for Switzerland<br />

WORLDSCOPE IDENTIFIER - MULT SHARE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 represents a nine digit code assigned by<br />

<strong>Worldscope</strong> for each type of common/ordinary share of a company. This identifier provides a link to the<br />

detailed information for each security.<br />

<strong>Worldscope</strong> Permanent I.D.<br />

All Industries:<br />

WORLDSCOPE PERMANENT I.D. represents a permanent identifier assigned to a company or security<br />

on the database. For non-US companies and securities, it is the <strong>Worldscope</strong> Identifier. For US companies<br />

and securities, it is derived using the same method used for non-US identifiers. These identifiers are<br />

based on the country where the company is domiciled and are derived as follows:<br />

Byte 1: C<br />

Bytes 2-4: WORLDSCOPE country code<br />

Bytes 5-8: Four digit unique company identifier<br />

Byte 9: 0 for company identifiers; a letter for security identifiers<br />
