PRIMARY ISSUE IDENTIFIER is provided at the security level for companies with more than one type of<br />

common/ordinary share. It is the <strong>Worldscope</strong> company identifier for the security identified in Field 6005 -<br />

Type of Share. It provides a link between the security information and the fundamental data of the<br />

company.<br />

Proceeds From Stock Options<br />

All Industries:<br />

PROCEEDS FROM STOCK OPTIONS represent the amount a company receives from employee stock<br />

options, benefit plans, performance share awards, warrants and employee stock purchases. When no<br />

breakdown is available this item is included in net proceeds from sale of stock.<br />

Product Data, Annual Items; Fields 19500-19596<br />

All Industries:<br />

The following information is given for up to ten product segments of a company. If a company has only<br />

one product line data is updated to the product segment 1 fields. If a company has more than ten product<br />

segments the remaining segments are included with the Product Segment 10 data.<br />
