Q. Share capital has been changed not increasing/decreasing the number of shares
R. Change of incorporation without affecting number of shares or share capital
S. Number of shares represents parent company share capital which is different than group equity

COMMON SHARES OUTSTANDING - CURRENT represents the most recent common shares
outstanding available in the database. It is the difference between issued shares and treasury shares.
For companies with more than one type of common/ordinary share, common shares represents the
combined shares adjusted to reflect the par value of the share type identified in field 06005 -Type of
Share.
