CHANGES IN CASH AND/OR LIQUID ITEMS represents the change in cash and liquid assets from one
year to the next. It is updated for foreign companies whose cash flow information is collected on the basis
of Total Sources equal Total Uses. This item is always a component of Total Sources.
Data for this field is generally not available prior to 1989.
