During the term of this Agreement, CONTRACTOR’s legal counsel shall<br />
only communicate with <strong>County</strong> Counsel or his/her designee, and shall not,<br />
without <strong>County</strong> Counsel’s prior consent, communicate with any member<br />
of COUNTY’s LEADER Project team.”<br />
8. Paragraph 64.0 (Local Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Preference Program) is<br />
added to the Base Agreement to read:<br />
"64.0 LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (SBE) PREFERENCE<br />
PROGRAM<br />
64.1 The Agreement is subject to the provisions of <strong>County</strong>’s ordinance entitled<br />
Local Small Business Enterprise Preference Program, as codified in Chapter<br />
2.204 of the <strong>County</strong> Code.<br />
64.2 Contractor shall not knowingly and with the intent to defraud, fraudulently<br />
obtain, retain, attempt to obtain or retain, or aid another in fraudulently<br />
obtaining or retaining or attempting to obtain or retain certification as a Local<br />
Small Business Enterprise.<br />
