Highlanders<br />

Higlanders are a light infantry. They fight<br />

with the famous two-handed claymore<br />

sword and have no armour. They are very<br />

fast on the battlefield.<br />

Hobilars<br />

Hobilars are the famous Irish version of the<br />

Light Cavalry. Armed with short javelins,<br />

they are fast and have a good charge.<br />

Requires: Stable, Spear Maker<br />

Horse Archers<br />

Horse Archers are the European version of<br />

the Steppe Horseman but less skilled than<br />

their cousins. They are armed with a bow<br />

and are not armoured.<br />

Requires: Stable, Fletcher<br />

Jjanissaries<br />

Janissaries are special units which can<br />

fight equally well with sword and bow.<br />

This makes them unique, and they are a<br />

force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.<br />

Jinetes<br />

Jinetes are famous medium cavalry units<br />

originating from the planes of Andalucia.<br />

They are lightly armoured but are very<br />

fast on horseback, making them hard to<br />

catch.<br />

Knight (Marshal)<br />

Knights are the most skilled warriors<br />

available. They are well-protected, armed<br />

with perfectly crafted swords and have a<br />

deadly charge.<br />

Laddermen<br />

Ladders are the simplest form of siege<br />

equipment. They have to be placed on enemy<br />

walls so that the infantry can climb to<br />

the top and penetrate the city or castle.<br />

Light Cavalry<br />

The Light Cavalry are basic mounted units<br />

armed with a sword. They have a good<br />

speed and can be used for surprise attacks.<br />
