criteria established by the Client;<br />

• responsible for performing ini<strong>ti</strong>al DD process on the land sites<br />

TIRIAC IMOBILIARE<br />

• worked together with employees of Tiriac Imobiliare to <strong>de</strong>velop<br />

the marke<strong>ti</strong>ng, PR and sales strategy of Stejarii – the most<br />

luxurious resi<strong>de</strong>n<strong>ti</strong>al project in Bucharest at that <strong>ti</strong>me;<br />

• hired and trained sales staff, responsible for the rental/sales of the<br />

resi<strong>de</strong>n<strong>ti</strong>al complex.


September 2009 – June 2011<br />

Commercial Director - Romania, Georgia and Bulgaria -<br />

Willbrook Interna<strong>ti</strong>onal (London based <strong>de</strong>veloper).<br />

- responsible for set<strong>ti</strong>ng up and running the Commercial<br />

<strong>de</strong>partment of the company (hiring and training staff);<br />

opera<strong>ti</strong>ons for 100,000sqm of own office space in Bucharest<br />

- Responsible for the <strong>de</strong>velopment of Tbilisi Plaza in Georgia, a<br />

25,000sqm shopping center in the Heart of Tbilisi.<br />

Managing Director, Polimeni Romania (New York based<br />

<strong>de</strong>veloper).<br />

- responsible for set<strong>ti</strong>ng up the Polimeni office in Bucharest,<br />

inves<strong>ti</strong>ng up to 300 Million Euros in the Shopping Centre and<br />

Resi<strong>de</strong>n<strong>ti</strong>al Market in Romania. Unfortunately, due to the Real<br />

Estate Market crash in the US, the company pulled out of Romania<br />

after only 5 months of opera<strong>ti</strong>on, <strong>de</strong>spite having two large<br />

Shopping Center projects signed and ready to go.<br />

January 2006 – May 2007<br />

Managing Director, Europolis Romania - Real Estate Fund.<br />

- responsible for set<strong>ti</strong>ng up the Europolis office in Bucharest<br />

(Austrian Asset Management company with its headquarters in<br />

Vienna), taking care of the exis<strong>ti</strong>ng company portfolio in<br />

Bucharest as well as <strong>de</strong>veloping the opera<strong>ti</strong>ons in Romania. During<br />

the 18 months, responsible for investments of approximately<br />

250 Million Euros in various assets as well as growing the<br />

company to a staff of 11 strong employees.<br />
