percentage of the time that the carrier detect line for the radio is busy.
CAUTION: Since this test uses a special operating mode all current associations
to the unit will be lost during the test.

Running the Echo Tests (Multicast, Unicast, Remote)
An echo test consists of sending a number of packet between units. The
packets are sent with a proprietary protocol, which the target nodes recognize
and will echo back to the test source along with information
about how well it received the packets.
