Skyhawks Volleyball Camp age 7-12 This co-ed program is designed for the beginning and intermediate player and covers all aspects of volleyball through drills and exercises that focus on passing, setting, hitting and serving using gamespeed drills and daily scrimmages aimed at developing the whole player. Players should wear kneed pads; all participants receive a volleyball. Saturday May 18 | 10:00-11:30am | 1 session | $15 North Community Park Rogers | #4916-1P *Step To It Challenge | all ages Hennepin County and the Minnesota Twins are hosting the annual Step To It Challenge in which 20 cities partake in a simple “get up and move” program of walking/exercise challenge that spans four weeks. All activity is done at your own pace, alone or in groups, and encourages activity and promotes community friendships. Awards and promotional items are given to all participants. Step points are awarded for many types of physical activities, including housework, mowing the lawn, gardening and more. It’s fun and easy! We are governed under NSF-MSF Softball, which utilizes ASA rules with some adaptations. Games will be played at North Community Park (NCP) and Lynch Park. Start dates tentative, pending weather and field readiness. Men’s Class D/EE League Mondays begins Apr 15 | $800/team 10-week season; 2-3 weeks playoff | Doubleheaders | min 10; max 16 Tuesdays begins Apr 16 | $800/team 10-week season; 2-3 weeks playoff | Doubleheaders | min 8; max 16 NEW DaY!
