<strong>Welcome</strong> to the H.O.P.E. program!<br />

From outings to events, activities and classes,<br />

we have a wide variety to keep you busy. There<br />

are always some of your favorites and a few new<br />

ones to try.<br />

Please note that you can also access program information and<br />

register online at www.728communityed.com. Participants are<br />

asked to bring a staff or family member if personal care assistance<br />

is needed. If attending alone, the participant should be able to<br />

function independently in a group setting, follow simple directions,<br />

and communicate their needs. All reasonable accommodations<br />

will be made to meet the needs of the participants. Please allow<br />

at least one week to make accommodations; this includes sign<br />

language interpretation.Community Education welcomes persons<br />

of all abilities to participate in any of the activities throughout this<br />

brochure.<br />

These activities are designed for adults with<br />

Glass Fusing: Spring Vase<br />

Spring is here and we’ve got the perfect vase to display all those<br />

pretty flowers. Vase will be fired and returned in approximately 3<br />

weeks. Great for a Mother’s Day gift, or to keep for yourself!<br />

NEW! Wabasha St. Cave Tour<br />

Take a private guided tour of the Wabasha Street Caves and<br />

a narrated bus tour of the Wabasha Street area where you will<br />

learn about the sites of nightclubs, kidnappings and gun battles<br />

associated with the 1930’s gangsters. Fee include both tours and<br />

transportation. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, bring money for<br />

souvenirs and lunch, or a sack lunch as we will be stopping on the<br />

way home for lunch.<br />
