specific function, the keynames are shown connected with hyphens.<br />

For example, if you see<br />

you must press CONTROL and C simultaneously (CONTROL-C normally<br />

cancels the execution of the current command).<br />

Terminology<br />

In NUX manuals, a certain term can represent a specific set of actions.<br />

For example, the word Enter indicates that you type in an entry and<br />

press the RETURN key. If you were to see<br />

Enter the following command: whoami<br />

you would type whoami and press the RETURN key. The system<br />

would then respond by identifying your login name.<br />

Here is a list of common terms and their corresponding actions.<br />
