The potential energy <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> DNS <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> touch<strong>in</strong>g c<strong>on</strong>figurati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> <strong>nuclei</strong> was calculated<br />

as a functi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> mass asymmetry η with<strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> adiabatic TCSM because <strong>the</strong> diabatic effects<br />

are very small near this c<strong>on</strong>figurati<strong>on</strong> [35]. The diabatic potential practically co<strong>in</strong>cides with <strong>the</strong><br />

adiabatic <strong>on</strong>e <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> touch<strong>in</strong>g c<strong>on</strong>figurati<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> <strong>nuclei</strong>. Therefore, <strong>the</strong> values <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>the</strong> fusi<strong>on</strong><br />

barrier <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> η-channel and <strong>the</strong> quasi-fissi<strong>on</strong> barrier are practically <strong>in</strong>dependent <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> time. Indeed,<br />

<strong>the</strong> moti<strong>on</strong> <strong>in</strong> η proceeds with nucle<strong>on</strong> exchanges between <strong>the</strong> levels near <strong>the</strong> Fermi surfaces <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

<strong>the</strong> DNS <strong>nuclei</strong>. For smaller el<strong>on</strong>gati<strong>on</strong>s (λ
