CODE OF CONDUCT<br />

<strong>ITF</strong> PRO CIRCUIT<br />

<strong>2011</strong><br />

ARTICLE I: GENERAL<br />

References in this Code of Conduct (“Code”) to the “<strong>ITF</strong> Executive Director” shall<br />

hereafter mean the <strong>ITF</strong> Executive Director of <strong>Pro</strong>fessional Tournaments.<br />

References in this Code to the “Committee” shall hereafter mean the <strong>ITF</strong> Women’s<br />

<strong>Circuit</strong> Committee in the case of <strong>ITF</strong> Women’s <strong>Circuit</strong> Tournaments and the <strong>ITF</strong><br />

Men’s <strong>Circuit</strong> Committee in the case of <strong>ITF</strong> Men’s <strong>Circuit</strong> Futures Tournaments.<br />

A. PURPOSE<br />

The International Tennis Federation promulgates this Code of Conduct (Code) in<br />

order to maintain fair and reasonable standards of conduct by players and the<br />

organisers of <strong>ITF</strong> <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>Circuit</strong> Tournaments and to protect their respective rights, the<br />

rights of the public and the integrity of the Sport of Tennis. All references to the<br />

International Tennis Federation or the <strong>ITF</strong> shall mean the <strong>ITF</strong> Limited.<br />

B. EXCLUSIVE APPLICABILITY<br />

This <strong>2011</strong> <strong>ITF</strong> <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>Circuit</strong>s Code of Conduct shall be the exclusive basis for<br />

disciplinary action against any player or tournament in <strong>ITF</strong> sanctioned <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>Circuit</strong><br />

Tournaments.<br />

C. UNITED STATES DOLLARS<br />

All monetary fines set forth in the Code are in US Dollars.<br />

D. <strong>ITF</strong> SUPERVISOR<br />

The approved <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor for each <strong>ITF</strong> <strong>Pro</strong> <strong>Circuit</strong> Tournament shall be the final<br />

authority for the interpretation of these Tournament Regulations, Code of Conduct<br />

and the Rules of Tennis as to all matters arising that require immediate resolution at<br />

the tournament site.<br />
