) Doubles<br />
The doubles Main Draw must consist of 16 teams. An optional doubles<br />
Qualifying consisting of a maximum of 4 teams may be played. Such doubles<br />
Qualifying must be announced no later than when the doubles sign-in opens.<br />
Each Doubles Draw shall be composed as follows:<br />
i) Qualifying Draw<br />

In each doubles match, No-Ad scoring shall be used throughout the match<br />
and when the score is one set all, one match tie-break (10 points) shall be<br />
played to decide the match. In the event that no Qualifying is held, the<br />
places allocated for Qualifiers in the doubles draw shall be filled by direct<br />
acceptances.<br />
10. SEEDS<br />
Each tournament will have a seeded draw with seeds determined as follows:<br />
a) Seedings List<br />
Seedings will not be official until the draw is made and shall be determined<br />
by the <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor based on the System of Merit. The ranking from<br />
Monday seven (7) days before the tournament week shall be used.<br />
If players’ rankings are tied the following tie-break procedures will be used in<br />
the following order: (used in Singles)<br />
i) player with the highest ranking from the previous week<br />
ii) randomly drawn by the <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor<br />
