an entered player who has lost on either of the last two days preceding the<br />

Qualifying competition.<br />

In all circumstances of telephone sign-in, the player must be able to be on-site<br />

and play her first round match by the end of the first round of Qualifying.<br />

On-site Alternates may sign-in for the Qualifying Draw of one tournament<br />

only.<br />

Any unused Special Exempt place(s) or known Main Draw vacancies<br />

(following withdrawals after the Freeze Deadline) shall be filled by entered<br />

players who have either signed in for Qualifying or preserved their eligibility<br />

for such place(s) by personally contacting the <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor prior to the<br />

Qualifying Sign-in Deadline. These players are to be selected in accordance<br />

with their position on the Acceptance List. If the Special Exempt places are<br />

used or there are no Main Draw vacancies, these players are not eligible to<br />

play the Qualifying and are subject to the Late Withdrawal/Non-Appearance<br />

provisions set forth in Article III.B. of the Code of Conduct.<br />

Wild Cards, as nominated by the Tournament Director, do not have to sign-in<br />

with the <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor.<br />

b) Main Draw<br />

Singles:<br />

Players accepted into the singles Main Draw of <strong>ITF</strong> Women’s <strong>Circuit</strong><br />

tournaments are not required to sign-in with the <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor.<br />

Doubles:<br />

All doubles team entries must be in writing and received by the <strong>ITF</strong><br />

Supervisor by 12.00 noon local time on the day before the Main Draw in<br />

singles is scheduled to commence.<br />

The doubles sign-in record must be posted at a reasonable time prior to the<br />

announced sign-in deadline. One member of a doubles team may sign in for<br />

the team. The <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor may accept telephone entries received directly<br />

from one member of the doubles team by the sign-in deadline. Players who<br />

fail to sign-in shall not be included in the doubles draw.<br />

c) Contact Details<br />

Each player must ensure that a contact telephone number is left with the <strong>ITF</strong><br />

Supervisor where she may be reached during the tournament.<br />
