No player may withdraw his entry from the Main Draw or Qualifying of a<br />
Futures tournament for any reason after the Withdrawal Deadline. Any such<br />
withdrawal will be considered a late withdrawal and will be subject to the<br />
Late Withdrawal/Non-Appearance provisions set forth in Article II. B.1 of<br />
the Code of Conduct, unless the provisions set forth in Article II. B.2, B.3 and<br />
B.4 of the Code of Conduct apply.<br />
Any player accepted into the Main Draw or Qualifying who fails to appear<br />
for the Tournament without notifying the <strong>ITF</strong> and/or <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor of his<br />
withdrawal shall be subject to the penalties provided for non-appearance.<br />
3. Freeze Deadline<br />
The Freeze Deadline is on the Thursday preceding the tournament week at<br />
14:00 hrs GMT. After the Freeze Deadline players on the Qualifying<br />
Acceptance List will no longer be moved into the Main Draw, and players on<br />
one or more Alternate Lists will no longer be moved into a Qualifying<br />
Acceptance List.<br />
Such Alternates are not committed to play the tournament.<br />
A player who wishes to withdraw from the Main Draw or Qualifying after the<br />
Freeze Deadline must submit an official withdrawal to both the <strong>ITF</strong> and <strong>ITF</strong><br />
Supervisor else he will be subject to the penalties provided for Non-<br />
Appearance.<br />
4. One Tournament Per Week<br />
a. General<br />
Once a player is committed to a tournament he may not enter or compete in<br />
more than one Tournament that same week. A player may apply for entry into<br />
one or more Futures Tournaments for the same week, but he must state a<br />
priority at the time of entry and he will be withdrawn from all except one<br />
event in accordance with the entry and withdrawal procedures outlined in<br />
Appendix C.<br />
When a player is accepted into the Qualifying or Main Draw of a tournament<br />
at, or any time after the Withdrawal Deadline, has signed-in for Qualifying or<br />
has applied for and/or accepted a Wild Card or Special Exempt, he is<br />
committed to that tournament unless released by the <strong>ITF</strong> or <strong>ITF</strong> Supervisor.<br />
Players found to have been accepted into two tournaments in one week<br />
should not be allowed into any Tournament. Players found to have competed<br />
in two Tournaments in one week should be immediately defaulted forfeiting<br />
all prize money and computer points (where applicable).<br />
A player is allowed to play singles Qualifying of one tournament and doubles<br />
in another tournament played the same week, provided the player has played<br />
and been eliminated from one tournament prior to playing in the other<br />
