Bobath Scotland
Cerebral Palsy
Centre
Bobath Scotland’s aim is to improve the
quality of life for people living with cerebral
palsy throughout Scotland. Bobath therapy
is suitable for all types of cerebral palsy and
we see children and adults throughout
Scotland. They can be referred to the centre
by their consultant paediatrician, their local
therapist, a GP, a family member or they can
self-refer. For many who come to Bobath
this is the first experience of discovering
what they CAN do as opposed to being told
what they cannot do.
£5000 can provide a year’s support for
children like Ike.
Bobath Scotland is determined to continue
to offer treatment on the basis of clinical
need rather than the ability to pay or the
existence of funding. Support from The
Royal Caledonian Trust can make such a
difference to children from all over Scotland
who require help at crucial stages in their
lives. With your help, children and families
can overcome the barriers that their
disability presents and fulfil their potential in
all aspects of their lives.
From everyone at Bobath Scotland, we hope
you have a wonderful evening and thank you
on behalf of all the Ikes who will be helped
thanks to your generosity.
Scotland’s Charity Air
Ambulance
We need you today… you may need us
tomorrow
Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) is
the only charity-funded emergency air
ambulance service in Scotland. SCAA is an
independent registered charity, solely
funded by the communities of Scotland. It is
based in Perth, which is ideally placed to
support East Central Scotland and to
provide back-up to the two Scottish
Ambulance Service helicopters in Inverness
and Glasgow.
Our helicopter resource increases the air
ambulance capacity and resilience across
Scotland by 50% and it will be tasked to
time–critical medical emergencies where it
will:
• Save life
• Preserve life
• Increase survival rates
