The IZP-hydrogel compared with unmodified and EDTAD-modified zygomycetes protein<br />

indicates an important peak at 2342 cm −1 (medium), that might be due to anti-symmetric<br />

Stretching ─NCO (Fig.40C), because of the rearrangement mechanism. In this rearrangement the<br />

R─ group migrates with its electrons from the acyl carbon to the nitrogen atom in present of OH ─ .<br />

The band at 1450 cm −1 represents asymmetric CH2 bending modes of end ethyl groups of<br />

zygomycetes protein.<br />
