6. Conclusion<br />
The indicators of this study are machine downtime and<br />
machine availability when performing the RCM to reduce machine<br />
downtime, it can be seen that MC1 reduced to 5.68%, MC2 reduced<br />
to 10.04% and MC3 reduced to 4.94% accordingly. Moreover the<br />
machine availability of MC1 increased from 74.52% to 80.20%,<br />
MC2 from 69.98% to 80.02% and MC3 increased from 76.06% to<br />
81.00% respectively.<br />
The successful of RCM will help the maintenance<br />
operators to understand about failure mode which will impact<br />
immediately, also they will have a standard to determine best and<br />
most efficient way to maintain equipment which require in the<br />
operation.<br />
