6. Conclusion
The indicators of this study are machine downtime and
machine availability when performing the RCM to reduce machine
downtime, it can be seen that MC1 reduced to 5.68%, MC2 reduced
to 10.04% and MC3 reduced to 4.94% accordingly. Moreover the
machine availability of MC1 increased from 74.52% to 80.20%,
MC2 from 69.98% to 80.02% and MC3 increased from 76.06% to
81.00% respectively.
The successful of RCM will help the maintenance
operators to understand about failure mode which will impact
immediately, also they will have a standard to determine best and
most efficient way to maintain equipment which require in the
operation.
