If possible, change the type of the parameter to real.

is not detected and the results are unpredictable.

Must be an instance of class DialogBox (or subclass)
The specified instance is not an instance of the DialogBox class or of a
subclass of DialogBox. When the Display property points to an instance, the
instance must be in one of these classes so the system can open the window
modally at runtime.
Change the text of the Display property to point to such an instance, or move
the specified instance to a subclass of DialogBox.

CREATE function not valid for WINLIB instances; use CreateObject
instead
AionDS has encountered a statement that tries to directly create a dynamic
instance in the WindowObject class or any of its subclasses (the WinLib class
hierarchy).
Instead of using the CREATE function to create such an instance, send the
CreateObject method to the class. This will perform the additional
operations required for instances in the WinLib hierarchy.
