I. Unacceptable Exceptions, Conditions, Reservations and Understandings (pass or fail).<br />
Exceptions, conditions, reservations or understandings that are explicitly, fully and separately stated<br />
on the required form of Section 1.1.6.9 “Form for Proposal Deviation” will be evaluated for their<br />
acceptability. Each of any exceptions and/or conditions made in a proposal will be evaluated and the<br />
Procuring Agency will determine their individual acceptability. An unacceptable exception,<br />
condition, reservation or understanding, if not withdrawn by the Offeror upon the request by the<br />
Procuring Agency, would be cause for the proposal to be rejected. For the purposes of determining<br />
the <strong>com</strong>petitive range a proposal containing unacceptable exceptions, conditions, reservations or<br />
understandings may be included on the basis that the proposal is capable of being made acceptable<br />
