1.1.3.2.2 Technical Proposal<br />
(NOTE: Procuring Agency to specify two types of information that Offerors shall include in the<br />
technical proposal: (1) the specific information needed to evaluate against the evaluation criteria of<br />
Section 1.1.4.3.2 and (2) the information that qualifies and quantifies the features of the bus offered<br />
that contractually <strong>com</strong>mits the Offeror to deliver a specific bus design.)<br />
1.1.3.2.3 Management Plan<br />
(NOTE: Procuring Agency to specify the information required for any Management Plan required to<br />
be included in the proposal consistent with any specific management requirements and any<br />
evaluation criteria of Section 1.1.4.3.2.)<br />
1.1.3.3 PRICE PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS<br />
(NOTE: Procuring Agency to specify the specific pricing data required and include the forms of<br />
Section 1.1.6 below on which prices are to be proposed.)<br />
The Offeror is required to <strong>com</strong>plete and execute the Pricing Schedule of Forms (Section 1.1.6.10) and<br />
provide same in the price proposal. The Contractor shall be liable for payment of all local taxes<br />
applicable to the <strong>com</strong>plete bus as delivered and should add these amounts to the Offer price. The<br />
Procuring Agency shall furnish to all prospective Offerors a list of applicable state and local taxes<br />
imposed by the Procuring Agency’s state or local governments. The Procuring Agency shall be liable<br />
for any such state and local taxes applicable to the <strong>com</strong>plete bus as delivered that are promulgated<br />
and be<strong>com</strong>e effective between the Due Date and the delivery date.<br />
1.1.3.4 PROPOSAL PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS<br />
Proposals shall be submitted in two (2) separately sealed packages. Each package shall be marked as<br />
specified below and shall contain all of the proposal documents for which the package is required to<br />
be marked and no other documents. These same requirements shall apply to any Best and Final<br />
Offers which may be requested.<br />
