5.1.4 LEGAL REQUIREMENTS<br />
The contractor shall <strong>com</strong>ply with all applicable Federal, state and local regulations. Local regulations<br />
are defined as those below the state level. These shall include, but not be limited to, Federal ADA as<br />
well as state and local accessibility, safety and security requirements.<br />
The bus shall meet all applicable FMVSS and shall ac<strong>com</strong>modate all applicable FMCSR regulations in<br />
effect at the date of manufacture.<br />
In the event of any conflict between the requirements of this Specification and any applicable legal<br />
requirement, the legal requirement shall prevail.<br />
