Both APTA System Header and the APTA System Common Header make up the<br />

header <strong>of</strong> the message. The body <strong>of</strong> the message, called “Variant Data”, is made <strong>of</strong><br />

series <strong>of</strong> data structures, each containing individual data elements. Exhibit 4.8-2<br />
