and staff, its user community.<br />

A web based structure will need to stay open and dynamic. Like Web sites, the organisation will cont<strong>in</strong>ually be<br />

“under construction.” Us<strong>in</strong>g the process of Web design as both a tool and a mirror, organisations can naturally<br />

progress -- work<strong>in</strong>g through trial and error with <strong>in</strong>tegrity and cohesiveness between structure and process.<br />
