IMPORTANT NOTES
• Casual attire for all meetings and activities. The Awards Dinner Night
is business casual.
• Tax Identifcation

• One complete registration form is required for each attendee.
Additional registration forms may be obtained by accessing the
Attorney General’s website at: www.ag.ca.gov/meetings/index08.htm
or by contacting the Conference Services Unit at: csu@doj.ca.gov.
• Payment of registration fees MUST be submitted with
registration form to fully process your registration.
Registrations will not be processed by telephone, and purchase
orders & credit cards cannot be accepted.
• When payment is received by the Attorney General’s Ofce, a
confrmation letter will be sent via email.
• Post Certifed
POST certifed under Plan IV to California law enforcement agencies
in the POST reimbursable program. Agencies requesting POST
reimbursement must submit a reimbursement request form (TRR,
POST 2-273) on the frst day of class.
• Transportation
Attendees are responsible for transportation to/from the
Doubletree Hotel. Shuttle transportation information is available to
the Sacramento International Airport by Supershuttle at (800) 258-3826.
