2. Receptionist-cum-teleoperator<br />
(i) Graduate in any disciple from recognized University.<br />
(ii) Gook knowledge <strong>of</strong> Hindi & English<br />
(iii) Knowledge <strong>of</strong> Computer<br />
(iv) Good Communication Skills<br />
3. Office Attendants (Peons/ Messenger)<br />
ANNEXURE-E<br />
(i) Middle Pass<br />
(ii) Should be able to read and write Hindi and English.<br />
(iii) Shall be able to attend to Senior Officers, Distribution <strong>of</strong> Dak,<br />
Dusting <strong>of</strong> work stations, Almirahs, Glass Panes <strong>of</strong> all windows/door<br />
etc.<br />
(iv) Misc. duties like shifting <strong>of</strong> goods/<strong>of</strong>fice furniture/locking and<br />
unlocking the <strong>of</strong>fice rooms and halls in the morning/evening and any<br />
other work assigned from time to time.<br />
