What We Do
Vision
To be the leader and customers first choice
in construction related services in the local
Industry niche.
Goals and Strategies
Our goal is to partner with a select number
of customers, enabling us to obtain a deeper
understanding the customers business requirements.
The Customer’s Partner
Increasingly, companies are streamlining their
operations and focusing on core expertise.
These companies seek a partner that can offer
a complete range of services in the construction
process. A partner works effectively.
Exceeding Expectations
Being a partner is a major responsibility. In many
cases, our clients are companies at the forefront of
growth. Our task is to ensure that their investments
yield the highest possible returns, by ensuring that
their building functions perfectly, that it can be
expanded effectively, and occupation and production
is achieved ahead of schedule. Our high level of
commitment to all projects is a crucial factor to
fulfilling and exceeding the client expectations. Repeat
orders represent a large portion of our sales. The fact
that our partners work with us time and again is the
best testimony to client satisfaction.
Business
Ethic
Our values are important. They lay
the foundation for how we act towards
our customers and towards each other.
They provide us with guidance in the
face of both difficult and everyday
choices at the workplace.
Krost, St Peters
our fundamental values are:
honesty
We conduct business in a straightforward and
understandable manner – our customers can rely
on the information we provide. We don’t conceal the
facts; instead we have the courage to be forthright
and unambiguous.
respect
Everyone’s viewpoint is valued, but once a decision
has been made, everyone stands behind and supports
that decision. People can distinguish between
individuals and viewpoints - people can hold differing
viewpoints while simultaneously respecting each other
and working constructively towards a given goal.
Trust
Everyone supports our company and our values as the
basis for powerful development. We do what we say,
enabling everyone to progress in the same direction.
8 9

Krost, St Peters
Three values are especially important in
our everyday efforts and in our relationships
with customers.
focus
Everything starts with the customer. We must
give customers our undivided attention, enabling
us to make good business decisions. All of our
efforts must be focused on the customer and
anything that does not result in value for the
customer should be eliminated.
simplicity
Things must not be made unnecessarily complicated.
It is easy for large companies to become bureaucratic
and sluggish. While our size is one of our strengths,
we must be vigilant in overcoming bureaucratic
downsides. By maintaining simplicity, we are able
to release more energy that can be channeled into
business activities and efficient operations.
responsibility
The driving force within a company comes from clear
responsibility that increases along with success.
Taking responsibility involves ensuring that things
happen - to act and not wait for someone else to act,
to take personal responsibility and not blame others,
to stand up and demonstrate leadership.
Services
project management
This service is tailored to the client/architect to
provide an interface between the major stakeholders
and a building contractor acting as an agent for and
behalf of the client.
construction management
This service also is an interface position, however
the use of a fixed lump sum building contactor
would not be applicable should this option be
required. In a construction management format
the CM would call tenders directly from trades
which would be subsequently contracted directly
to the major stakeholder. The construction manager
would provide all onsite and administration for the
entire construction process.
lump sum contract
In this type of contract the client/architect would
provide full documentation to allow us to provide a
fixed price quotation.
The Sebel Hotel, Manly
design Build contract
This service is as per Lump Sum Contract. We will
manage all design and preliminary works as part of a
lump sum structure.
procurement
Through our recent partnership deal with PIR Qld, we
can offer a broad range of manufactured item’s from
local and international manufacturing facilities, thus
having the ability of purchasing direct from the source
enabling us to be competitively positioned.
Some of our products are as follows:
