or culinary purposes; has escaped from cultivation 23 .<br />

Reseda odorata L.<br />

Value for honey: sometimes considered an excellent plant<br />

capable of giving more N and more blossom for a given<br />

known 3522 ; also has been known to have a poor attractio<br />

possibility that it only yields well in warm weather 50 ;<br />

honeybees in Kootenay, B.C. 50 ; many extravagant claims<br />

may deserve field trials 72 .<br />

Value for pollen: little P collected 35 .<br />

Notes: flowers fragrant; cool moist site preferred; cultivat<br />

perfumery.<br />
