- The manufacturer submitted representative production samples of Power Supply, Built-In DC/DC (PS4),<br />
Model SP410-1D.- WTDP: Unless otherwise noted in the above list of tests, all tests were conducted by<br />
Best Testing Lab., located at Neihu, Taipei, Taiwan under the WTDP program. - Only limited tests were<br />
performed on Model SP410-1D because of similarity in construction to Model DP1H-6400F previously<br />
evaluated unit.<br />

Based on the results of previous investigation, no tests were considered necessary to upgrade report to<br />
second edition and to correct critical component list by adding varistor description.Since there was no<br />
construction change to existing product, a CRD document was not needed.
